February 2007 - Brandon Fuller walks through the wreckage of Ellsworth Fischer's home on Bear Lake Rd. in Paisley. Fuller's family used to live on across the street from Fischer and returned to help salvage belongings.

December 2005 - Santa Claus carries one elf and two stuffed animals over the Indian River on the Merritt Island Causeway on Sunday afternoon during the 24th annual Brevard Toy Run. About 15,000 riders gathered at the Merritt Square Mall before driving toys and donations to Wickham Park. The toys are donated to the Azan Shrine Center in Melbourne and other organizations helping local children in need.
August 2005 - Victor Landrau melts silver at Highland Mint in Melbourne on Wednesday afternoon. The melted silver is used to make collectable coins.
February 2007 - St. Joseph's Catholic School Principal Anna Adam crosses pre-K student Harley Murray's head with ashes on Wednesday at the Palm Bay school. Catholics around the world marked the beginning of lent on Wednesday.
December 2006 - Angel Potter screams after hearing the announcement that her Mighty Mites division Melbourne Bulldogs cheerleading squard picked up first place at the Brevard County Youth Football Cheerleading Championship at Melbourne High School on Sunday.

August 2005 - John Trevor Zissett and Sara Shaffer yawn during their first day of second grade class at Cape View Elementary School in Cape Canaveral.
July 2006 - Raymond Bryant Jr. sticks out his tongue in the shower at Cocoa Village's Riverfront Park during the afternoon heat on Monday.
March 2005 - Tom Delibro gets a kiss from his therapeutic horse, Sam, at the Villages Hospice House on Sunday morning. Delibro had brought the horse to visit with residents of the Hospice House.
May 2005 - Tyler Cross sneaks one last kiss through the fence to graduating girlfriend Chelsea Johnson before the Rockledge High School commencement ceremony at McLarty Field on Saturday evening.
